UFC 144 is overseas which would normally mean that we, here in the U.S., wouldn't be able to watch the PPV at its usual 10pm EST slot. That is not the case this time around though. The event is still taking place at the same time which means the fights are actually taking place Sunday morning on location.
I haven't watched the NBA on a regular basis in a long time. I'll tune in for the playoffs and watch highlights every now and then. This Jeremy Lin could be the reason I start watching the NBA again. I think I'm starting to get caught up in the Linsanity as they're calling it. Let's hope he can continue to improve and really become a star in the NBA. It would be a great story. He's the first Asian-American to play in the league since 1947.
Glas.t definitely solves the problem that I have with all screen protectors. I don't like the feel of the plastic, and they're more difficult to keep clean. I've gone sans screen protector for a while now and have not had any problems with scratches. The gorilla glass on the iPhone is pretty durable, but I try not to test it by putting it in my pocket with change or keys. I think putting an extra layer of glass on the back of the iPhone is probably more practical since it's much more prone to cracking and getting nicked up.
